What's the difference between Hireable Assess and Riley?

Assess is async — candidate clicks a link on their own time, records video answers, gets scored after. Riley is live — Riley conducts a real conversation with follow-ups, on-demand or scheduled. Assess scales for top-of-funnel volume; Riley replaces the human phone screen.

How is Maya different from Paradox / Olivia?

Same shape (conversational AI front door), different audience. Paradox is built for hourly / frontline / retail volume hiring with SMS-first workflows. Maya is general-purpose — staffing firms and in-house TA — with deeper ATS write-back, evidence-cited replies, and a multi-channel state machine that flips Gmail ↔ SMS ↔ voice in one thread.

Do we own the candidate data?

Yes. Recordings live in your tenant's private bucket. Transcripts, scores, and PII are exportable as JSON or CSV anytime. We retain by default for 90 days; configurable per tenant.

How long does ATS integration take?

Greenhouse self-serve: same-day. Lever / Ashby: 1 day. Bullhorn / JobDiva / Avionté (staffing): 2-4 weeks (we ship per customer). Webhook-only ingestion: same-day.

Are you AEDT-compliant for NYC?

Yes — built-in. We log every automated decision, support the 4/5ths bias audit format, and surface a candidate-facing notice. Customers in NJ and IL get the same pack; BIPA-aware mode for IL when voice is enabled.

Can we white-label the candidate-facing surfaces?

Maya yes (full — `maya@your-domain.com`, your brand voice, custom persona name like 'Sam from Acme'). Riley yes (per-tenant interviewer name + voice). Hireable Assess: logo + colors today; full white-label on Enterprise.

Is there a free tier?

Yes — forever. 3 mock interviews per month, every practice sandbox (SQL / Python / PySpark / Prompt), the full question bank, daily challenges, and 5 résumé rewrites. No card.

What does Pro unlock?

Unlimited mocks (solo + panel), unlimited résumé / cover-letter / LinkedIn rewrites, the negotiation roleplay, and one cert exam credit per month. $14.99/mo or $99/yr (save 45%).

Are the certificates real?

Yes. Each cert is a timed AI-graded exam against a published rubric. Pass and you get a verifiable credential with a public verify URL, an Open Badges v2.0 record, and a one-click LinkedIn 'Add to Profile' deep link.

Will recruiters take my Hireable practice scores seriously?

Practice mocks are private by default — they're for you. Certs are different: they appear on your public profile and verify-page. The same engine that grades them is the engine recruiters trust on the B2B side, so the rubric is consistent.

Do you sell my data?

No. We don't sell candidate data, ever. Recruiter-side products run in tenant-isolated storage; candidate-side data stays under your account.
